There is a lot of mystery surrounding January 6th.

Fact-checkers will tell you that there were no FBI agents or informants at the Capitol, but that won’t convince swarms of people who think the whole thing smells like a setup.

I am obligated to share with you what the fact-checkers say on this matter:

Unfounded Theory on FBI Informants. Another no-evidence claim is the idea that “unindicted co-conspirators” mentioned in federal indictments related to the Capitol riot are undercover FBI agents or informants, as conservative outlets have claimed or suggested. Legal experts and federal case law say that government agents and informants cannot be labeled conspirators to a crime.

During his June 15 Fox News show, for example, host Tucker Carlson, referencing a story from a conservative website, first said “potentially” and “almost certainly” FBI agents were involved, and then definitively declared that “FBI operatives were organizing the attack on the Capitol on Jan. 6.” Republicans in Congress have pushed the unfounded theory as well, including Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz.

Federal case law from the 1985 case United States v. Rodriguez acknowledged that “government agents and informers cannot be conspirators.”

But, video clips like this don’t help clear up matters:

MORE NEWS: Report: Nancy Pelosi’s Son Paul Linked to FIVE Sketchy Companies Probed By Feds

This is a clip of Ray Epps, who spent two days trying to get MAGA to go into the Capitol, yet oddly enough, he was never arrested.

Or this clip when Ted Cruz questioned FBI officials who refused to answer any of his questions.

There are people who were there at the Capitol, who say they witnessed strange things going on. Things that didn’t add up, like supposed Trump supporters with earpieces and guns inside the Capitol.

That’s a federal offense, yet these people weren’t arrested?

They’re ON VIDEO breaking the law.

And that’s exactly what’s bothering a couple of Trump supporters, or “J6 Truth Hunters,” so they went digging for answers.

They hit the road and found and confronted one of those guys who was pictured wearing an earpiece with a gun at the Capitol on January 6th, and they had a few questions for him.

Now, keep in mind, this guy was ID’d by the feds as Luke Phillip Robinson and at one time he was on an FBI list, and is on video with a GUN.

Yet, he was removed from the FBI list and never arrested.

What gives?

The Paradise reported that an investigation by The Daily Beast based on research provided by anti-insurrection activists has identified Luke Philip Robinson as the individual in FBI poster number 343 soliciting tips about a man seen at the Capitol on January 6.

The vast majority of those at the Capitol during the insurrection were not carrying any visible firearms. By contrast, Robinson is one of the few people at the Capitol on January 6 who can be seen armed with a gun tucked onto his left hip in footage from the riot.

Robinson has not been charged with a crime.

When these Trump supporters confronted him, things got interesting…

Here’s what people online are saying:

“I love the line, “We have these questions for America” LOL”

“Maybe they weren’t all just Feds, but maybe some that were facing federal charges and were told they would be erased if they participated. Who knows, but clearly it was a setup organized by the FBI”

“their narrative is going to spin out of control soon!! I can’t wait!!!!”

“There’s something really weird going on”

“Something is off with this whole thin”

There are definitely a lot of unanswered questions surrounding that day.

Let’s hope when the GOP takes back the House and Senate, we will get some answers.
