Supreme Court Says ‘Enough Is Enough With the Racial Balancing’: Roger Severino

Affirmative action took a major blow on June 29 after the Supreme Court ruled that universities can no longer give preferential treatment to black students over other races—or preferential treatment to any race, for that matter.
