The Oath: A Warrior’s Core Belief

Commentary
When you listen to the National Anthem, do you get tingles that run up your spine? When you see someone in need, do you help? Is there something deep in your core?
For us, who raised our right hand and swore the oath, we believe in the oath, and that it is worth dying for:
“I, (state your name), do solemnly swear
that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States
against all enemies, foreign and domestic;
that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same;
and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States
and the orders of the officers appointed over me,
according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
So help me God.”…
